COVID-19 Safety and Procedures

Stillpoint is greatly honored that you have chosen to trust us with your safety and health.  This has and will always be our top priority to give you the best experience possible.  With the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) so new to all of us, we will be strictly following and enforcing CDC guidelines to keep all Stillpoint members and staff protected.  We appreciate you following these precautions with us, so please take a moment to review.  We are all in this together!

Arriving at our Facility:
  • Please, we ask that if you are feeling sick in any way that you do not come into Stillpoint.  Give us a call and we will gladly cancel your session and allow you to use at a different time.  We do appreciate as much advance notice as possible.  The same policy will be followed by our staff.  We are doing our part to keep us all as safe as possible and ask that you do the same.
  • If you have travelled out of the state recently, please refer to the PA guidelines in regards to required quarantine upon return: PA Travelers for COVID-19
  • Masks are required to be worn when entering and exiting our facility and in all shared spaces.  Masks should not be worn once inside Float tanks.  Please bring your own mask, if you forget one we will have disposable masks available.
  • Temperatures will be taken prior to entering our facility for a Float session.  Any temperature of 99.5° and higher will not be able to enter.  Your session will be put back onto your account to use at another time (this will be a credit not a refund).
  • We will ask that anyone joining us respect and maintain a social distance while in our facility.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout Stillpoint.  We ask that you frequently wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer.  Please use when entering our facility.
  • Our staff will be wearing masks and will be thoroughly cleaning all shared spaces and Float rooms based on CDC guidelines and using top quality cleaning products to ensure we are removing bacteria and virus.

Preparing for your Float session:
  • If you are Floating with us, please call us upon your arrival and we will come outside to greet you and bring you in for your session.
  • We have limited Floats per session to allow for better social distancing and to allow us extra cleaning time between sessions.  Please be sure to book your sessions online to enjoy the the day and time you desire.  Our hours have also changed!  Please be sure to review when we are open!
  • If you are coming in to Float with a group of 3 or 4 you will need to call or email us to book those sessions.  We will accommodate but this cannot be booked online.
  • We will provide towels and necessary accessories (i.e. earplugs) for your Float, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.  You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer, just remember no conditioner use prior to your Float!
  • Please bring your own products for after your session that you may need to prepare for your day or evening ahead.  This would include a hairdryer, brush, any hair products that you may need and deodorant.  The hairdryer room is available to use and we will be thoroughly cleaning this after each use.
  • Our decompression lounge for post-Floating relaxation is open and properly spaced.  Do plan to bring a water bottle with you to hydrate afterwards!
  • All new waivers will be required.  If you have completed a waiver prior to June 2020 you will need to complete one again.  Float waivers should be completed online in advance of your appointment.  To complete one now please follow HERE.
  • Our staff will be wearing masks and will be thoroughly cleaning all shared spaces, Float rooms and studios based on CDC guidelines and using top quality cleaning products to ensure we are removing bacteria.
