Bikram Yoga

Bikram yoga is commonly called "hot yoga," although the two disciplines are different. Heated yoga refers to any yoga in a hot room. It involves 26 positions in set cycles over 90 minutes. The heated rooms expel pollutants from the body.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is a heart-pumping type of yoga. This kind of yoga emphasises cardio, so you'll move a lot.

Aerial Yoga

If you like gymnastics or acrobatics, try aerial yoga. This yoga uses hammocks or yoga swings for inverted poses. This kind of yoga makes backbends easier for trainees. Many of its postures are inspired by ballet, pilates, and acrobatics.


AcroYoga is like aerial yoga without hammocks or yoga swings. Instead, this yoga focuses on acrobatic trust when practising with a partner or group. Participants pick between the base, flyer, and spotter roles.

Sivananda Yoga

Sivananda has strong ties to classical yoga and its dharmic association, and its mission is to encourage and inspire people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. The fundamental focus of this method is on learning to accept one's own self-awareness.

Yang Yoga

As the antithesis of yin, this yoga engages and warms the body. This yoga strengthens and increases blood flow. This kind of yoga uses breathing to activate and release energy.

Buti Yoga

Buti yoga activates our inner energy or chakras while exercising. This kind of yoga involves tribal dancing motions, aerobics, and deep core workouts. This class contains vinyasa sequences at a faster pace.

Karma yoga

Karma is "activity" in Sanskrit. Many who practise karma yoga believe it deepens their spirituality. Karma yoga is meant to relieve the body and mind, leading to a fulfilled existence.


This yoga emphasises breathing, chanting, and meditation. In Viniyoga, there is no right way to perform a position because everyone is different.
